Calender Reports

REPORT NOTES

Some reports have certain programming anomalies, especially the more complex reports. If a report has an anomaly, this pdf document will provide details.

Calendar by Month Report

Shows as a calendar.

Will show one user or multiple users per page. If, in the parameter, you select multiple user's they will each show on the same calendar page.

This report will ask for users and a date range. It can be further customized to include only certain activity types, i.e. only appointments and phone calls.

Any event will show for the week that it began only. They will not carry to multiple weeks. So events that are across weeks will not show after the first week. To overcome this programming shortfall, you can input a two-week event as two separate events, one for each week.

Daily Detail Report

This report will ask for users and a date range. It can be further customized to include only certain activity types, i.e. only appointments and phone calls.

Can choose to print for one user, multiple users or "ALL". If you select ALL, it will print the report for all users in the database.

There is a page break after each user, allowing multiple users to be printed at one time. Additionally, page numbers will start over for each user.

Weekly To Do Report

This report will ask for users and a date range. It can be further customized to include only certain activity types, i.e. only Appointments and phone calls.

Can choose to print for one user, multiple users or "ALL". If you select ALL, it will print the report for all users in the database.

There is a page break after each user, allowing multiple users to be printed at one time. Additionally, page numbers will start over for each user.

Duration field is calculated to show in hours. Certain lines are colored based on the activity code. This can be customized to your data, ie. ACTCODE starting with "O" then red, ACTVCODE "PER" = blue, all others black.
