Course Objective

To ensure that GoldMine users have a working understanding of the basic functions of GoldMine as a CRM Application– i.e. Finding Information, entering new information, scheduling and managing Activities, and basic correspondence

Pre-requisites

Delegates should have a working knowledge of Windows and/or Windows applications like Microsoft Office.

Duration

Public course duration is normally two full days.
