How does it work?
You log on to a secure Website and can then watch the screen of your instructor or of another person training alongside you in your virtual classroom.
You will also be able to do things on your own PC while your instructor (and other delegates) watch and help you.
Attendees can be anywhere, they do not need to be in the same room.
You will be able to speak and hear what your teacher says via the telephone.
A Conference call phone number can also be used for group lessons.
We will send you an email explaining how to prepare and log on for your GoldMine training session.
Sessions are all 1 hour or less in duration so you can take breaks and stay alert.
All delegates must have an Internet connection and Broadband.
What do you charge for GoldMine web based training?
We charge £100 per 1 hour lesson. There is a small supplement for:

Recording the session as a .wmv file.

Will we train on our own GoldMine data?
Yes, we always prefer to use your own data as this ensure maximum relevance.
However it should be on a copy of your data made for training purposes to avoid any "pollution" of your live data during training sessions.
We can assist you in setting up a suitable training environment, just ask.
But could we work on my live GoldMine data?
Yes of course, if you wish, we can work on live data so that you get to learn in a controlled environment and to achieve a specific target.
We will of course ensure that we protect your data from inadvertent mistakes while training.
Is online GoldMine training as good as face-to-face training?
We think it is at least as good in most ways.
Face-to-face training is still best where we need to immerse ourselves in the culture of your organisation and closely observe your processes / work flow in order to deliver effective targeted training on GoldMine. For this reason we will often suggest some face-to-face training to get things started. You can then add online training in to the plan.
Online GoldMine training provides targeted, measured "doses" of training. The student has a chance to go and practice their skills before the next lesson.
Online GoldMine training avoids the pitfall of "afternoon droop". A whole day can be too much, especially where advanced subjects are being covered.
Delegates can often fit in the odd hour here or there but for many, a whole day is hard to find.
Affordable. Even the tightest training budget can afford a couple of sessions. When the benefits are seen then it is easy to justify more training to improve team productivity even further.
Online group lessons are easier to schedule. Everyone can remain at their own desk.
Will you provide Bespoke GoldMine training material?
We can do better than that,
If you wish, we will record the entire session and send it to you as a video that you can replay as often as you wish.
There is a small additional charge for this service. Your video will be in .wmv format that you can play using windows media player.
