Privacy Policy
PCDi is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 & subsequent revisions thereof). We collect information about you for three reasons: to process your order (including payment authorisation), to provide you with the best possible service.
When placing an order, information you provide will be shared with our banking services and distribution providers to ensure your order can be successfully processed and delivered. We will only share relevant information with these parties; all such providers are under obligation to ensure your information is kept private.
We never see or store any credit card information entered on the website and all orders (including credit card details) are placed over a 128bit secured SSL to ensure your privacy.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:

- address (invoice and billing)
- phone number (including mobile number)
- e-mail address
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. It is possible to obtain a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. A nominal charge of £10 is made to cover administrative costs involved. Should you require a copy of such information, please write to us at the address above.
The personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and English law.
Sometimes, we may specifically ask for information about you when you sign up to use a service, for instance, the “My Account service”, or when you order a product. Every time you connect to our website we store a log of your visit which shows the unique number your machine uses when it is connected to the internet (IP address). This tells us what you looked at; whether the page request was successful or not and which browser you use. The use of this data is strictly for statistical purposes only. This helps us to understand which areas of the site are of particular interest and also which pages are not being requested. It also tells how many people are visiting the website in total.

Terms of Business
- All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
- All goods remain the property of PCDi until paid for in full.
- You are responsible for satisfying yourselves that the services purchased suitably meet your requirements. You are also responsible for ensuring that the product is fit for the purpose you intend to use it for, in respect of features, faults and compatibility.
- Prices and manufacturers product specifications are subject to changes without prior notice. Minor specification variations do not entitle the purchaser to terminate the contract.
Returns Policy

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
All returns must be in stock condition and be authorised in writing by PCDi.
No opened software will be accepted for credit. Software must be unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact).
PCDi shall not be liable to you on any account whatsoever, in the event that PCDi is prevented from fulfilling it’s obligations thereunder due in whole or in part to an event of Force Majeure, which shall in any circumstance, be beyond reasonable control of PCDi
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.
Faulty goods
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
Delivery Schedule
We will aim to despatch your software on the day of receipt for orders placed before 1pm. Orders received after this time will be fulfilled next day. All orders are subject to stock.
Tax Charges
For orders made from within the UK VAT is added at the UK standard rate.
For orders made from within the European Union VAT is added at the UK standard rate unless the purchaser supplies a valid VAT registration number that can be verified via the VIES VAT number validation website.
